Physician – Primary Care / Family Medicine

Senior Doc
2h$215,000 - $350,000

About The Position

At Senior Doc Medical Group, we deliver more than primary care—we provide continuum‑based care designed around the evolving needs of seniors. Our model integrates primary care, behavioral health, palliative support, and home‑based services, allowing physicians to care for patients comprehensively, consistently, and with greater clinical confidence. As we grow across the greater San Diego metro area, we’re seeking Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) who want to practice relationship‑centered medicine within a supportive, physician‑led organization that invests in long‑term success. You’ll serve as the primary physician for a panel of senior patients, delivering coordinated care across home‑based and community settings. You’ll be supported by an established interdisciplinary team and clear clinical playbooks—so you can focus on high‑quality care, not fragmentation.
