About The Position

We are seeking Primary Care Physicians who are passionate and caring, want to practice medicine the way it should be: small panel sizes, a dedicated team behind you, limited appointments a day, innovative technology, value -based focus, and many other enriching approaches. The incoming Primary Care Physician will be comfortable taking care of a Geriatric patient load. Our practice is 100% outpatient with office hours from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. New grads welcomed to apply!

Requirements

• Active Florida Medical License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine Physician w/ Fellowship
• Area of Critical Need (ACN) Physician, General Practitioner accepted

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Medicare advantage a plus

Responsibilities

• Seeing maximum 15 -17 patients per day
• Call 1:7 by phone
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
• Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to better access patients risk factors
