Requirements

  • Board Elligible/Board Certified in FM or IM
  • Completion of U.S. residency from an accredited Family Medicine of Internal Medicine Program
  • Committment to quality patient care
  • M.D./D.O.
  • Active or ability to obtain a medical license in the state of Georgia
  • Active DEA
