About The Position

We are seeking Primary Care Physicians who are certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics. This position is full-time and requires regular hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, including home visits. The role includes a rotating on-call schedule, requiring availability by phone only for a few nights or weekends per month.

Requirements

• Licensed in California
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Must be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients
• Conduct home visits as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
