Primary Care Plus (PCPlus), a value-based care delivery organization, is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across Louisiana. Our mission is to provide a path of well-being for our patients through high-quality, cost-effective, and coordinated care that delivers superior outcomes and satisfaction.

Join a physician-led, team-based environment with support from APRNs, RNs, and a dedicated Quality Improvement team.
Focus on quality care by seeing 10-16 patients per day with 30–60 minute appointments.
No overnight call and maintain a 4.5-day work week with early Friday departures.
Practice autonomously at the top of your license.
Engage in robust transitional care and high-risk outreach programs.
Receive consistent feedback on quality measures, diagnostic accuracy, and hospitalization rates.

M.D. or D.O.
Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license.
Valid DEA and CDS licenses (or ability to obtain).
Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.

1+ years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
