About The Position
Legacy Health is recruiting outpatient physicians for our primary care clinics located in Portland, Oregon. Providers in these clinics include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by designated MA's and care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacy techs and pharmacists. This position offers a salary range of $274k to $305k annually with a two-year salary guarantee for a full-time equivalent (1.00 FTE). There are additional opportunities for productivity and quality incentives, as well as flexible FTE options ranging from 0.60-1.00 FTE. The schedule is flexible, allowing for 3-4 days of work per week.
