About The Position

We are seeking Internal and Family Medicine Physicians throughout the state of Maryland! Doctors First is a tech-forward, corporate-backed practice with significant growth projections. We currently operate 13 locations across Maryland, all in well-connected communities near three major airports. We are actively hiring Internal Medicine and Family Physicians to join our team. At First Medical Associates, you’ll see no more than 2.5 patients per hour, and with 99% of patients scheduled in advance, your days will be smooth and predictable. There are no procedures (no splinting, casting, or suturing), and you’ll never take call. Just enjoy the practice of medicine in a supportive environment designed for physicians.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Maryland license (or in progress).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in a supportive environment.
• Manage a patient load of no more than 2.5 patients per hour.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and full clinical support staff to enhance patient care.
• Participate in independent medical decision-making without office politics.
• Coordinate care with dedicated case managers and specialists.
