About The Position

Healthcare United is seeking a Board -Certified or Board -Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a prominent Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with multiple locations throughout southern Connecticut. This position offers a 100% outpatient focus with no call responsibilities, serving adult and geriatric patients. This opportunity provides substantial career growth within the largest provider of primary care services in Fairfield County.

Requirements

• MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• MD preferred, with completion of a residency in Internal Medicine from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Active CT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient -centered care.
• No graduates, ASAP start date
