Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, or currently completing an accredited residency program
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
• Valid DEA license, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
• Working understanding and support of a managed care environment

Responsibilities

• Practice with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers
• Provide the most efficient, comprehensive, and proven care techniques to treat the whole patient - physically, mentally, and socially - at each visit
• See 14 to 16 patients per day
• Manage a patient panel that is predominantly geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverage
• Achieve bonus incentives based on quality metrics
