About The Position

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician Director to oversee adult medicine in a community health clinic with a strong emphasis on clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
• Unrestricted California medical license.
• Proven leadership ability and experience in a community or safety-net setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic care to adult patients in an outpatient environment.
• Lead chart review, clinical audits, and protocol updates to drive performance improvement.
• Uphold documentation, privacy, and risk management standards across the department.
