About The Position
We are hiring a Primary Care Physician Director to lead a multidisciplinary adult medicine team in a busy community health clinic. This role combines hands-on primary care with collaborative team leadership.
Requirements
- MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
- Unrestricted California medical license.
- Proven leadership ability and experience in a community or safety-net setting preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to scheduled and walk-in adult patients.
- Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health, nursing, and social services.
