About The Position
The Physician serves as a health-care professional capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. This role involves moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Responsibilities include keeping a medical history and medical records, referring patients to specialists as needed, and beginning to influence the department's strategy. The Physician makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. This position allows for considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, emphasizing the importance of using skills to make a significant impact on patient care and organizational goals.
