About The Position

Requirements

  • Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
  • State licensed in Washington, obtained before start date.
  • Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care.
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
  • Desire to be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
  • Openness to feedback and reflection for personal growth.
  • Ability to navigate uncertain situations confidently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with telehealth services.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based clinical research tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs.
  • Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
  • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
  • Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
  • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
