Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Primary Care Office Coordinator position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA 19002. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and clerical operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with all resident care regulations. Maintains accurate documentation and records, facilitates communication with providers, residents, team members, and families, and supports adherence to the annual budget and stewardship practices. Provides direct resident interaction as needed, fostering a high standard of care and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years' experience, preferably in a physician practice setting

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, medical office administration, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Administrative Medical Assistant certification is preferred
