Requirements

• Registered Nurse with Valid CT RN license.
• One year of RN experience; Homecare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in home settings.
• Utilize research, innovation, and evidence-based practices in patient care.
