About The Position

The Primary Care Nurse position at Mercy Clinic Guthrie is a newly created role designed to enhance patient care by managing triage calls and messages in collaboration with healthcare providers. This role requires completion of three months of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule, with occasional on-site meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma in Practical Nursing for LPN or Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing for RN.
• Active LPN or RN license.
• 2-3 years of experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers.
