Compensation Package Highlights: Base Salary: $150,000 Sign on bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package (health, life, vision, dental) PTO, CME, 401K / Roth Program Paid malpractice insurance, licensure, DEA Schedule & Work-Life Balance Schedule for work-life balance: 32 hours in clinic over 4 days + 1/2 day admin Combination of patient hours & team collaboration No nights, weekends or holidays Outpatient practice Patient Care Approach Flexible patient volume & customized appointment times, focusing on comprehensive, high-quality care Deliver comprehensive care, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient satisfaction Collaborative work environment focused on meaningful patient interactions

Requirements

  • Highly-engaged & currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Required: 1 year of experience as a licensed PA or NP in Primary Care
  • Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
  • Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
  • Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Respect for patient's confidentiality
  • Compassionate and approachable
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Attend work regularly and on time

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a licensed PA or NP in Primary Care
