Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Albany, Oregon ! Requirements

Passion for Primary Care
1 year of Primary Care experience as a licensed PA or NP
BE/BC
regularly required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
occasionally required to site and stoop, kneel or crouch
regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
