Requirements

• Unrestricted license in the state of New York (NY) at time of employment
• At least one year of current experience within the last three years in a comparable job classification required
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team
• Treat patients of all ages
• Review patient file/record, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status
• Elicit and record information about patient’s medical history
• Order or execute various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient’s condition
• Analyze reports and findings of tests and examination and diagnose condition of patient
