Fairview Health Services is seeking an Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics - Oxboro located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice which has been in the community for over 30 years. The practice consists of a 14 provider primary care team which includes 11 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers. Patient encounters average approximately 15-18 patients per day. The position is for 1.0 FTE with 34 patient contact hours per week for full time, offering a flexible schedule. The practice utilizes a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
