Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Medical License
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Knowledge of management and supervisory principles and practices
  • 3-6 years of supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to all aspects of Kennedy Community Health's Framingham MA primary care clinic.
  • Oversee the Provider staff while maintaining a personal patient panel.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality controls for quality health care.
  • Provide clinical and administrative oversight including productivity, scheduling, clinical protocol development and implementation.
  • Provide clinical supervision to all medical staff (APPs and MDs/DOs).
  • Participate in Medical Leadership Team to make recommendations and promote consistency.
  • Provide clinical oversight for the development and implementation of health center programs.
  • Examine patients, formulate diagnostic plans, define and order required diagnostic testing.
  • Interpret examination findings and test results and implement treatment plans.
  • Determine need for consultation and assist in medical care and treatment provided at the direction of other specialists.
  • Participate in other care procedures according to training and demonstrated ability.
