About The Position
Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join the Primary Care Home Visit team in Charlotte County, FL. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, can multi-task, and think outside of the box. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience! As a Home Visit Certified Medical Assistant, you will be directly involved in the care for our patients by assisting in the examination of patients under the direction of the Home Health APRN, measuring vitals, recording in the patient chart, performing venipunctures, collecting routine lab specimens, performing patient callbacks, giving injections or treatments as instructed by APRN, and scheduling/confirming appointments. This position requires flexibility in schedule and travel for in-home patient visits.
