About The Position
The Primary Care Executive is responsible for leading and directing the overall development and promotion strategy for outpatient operations within the Central California Network of Adventist Health. This role involves designing and implementing both short and long-term strategic development plans, overseeing administrative programs, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives. The executive will supervise various personnel levels and exercise independent judgment in decision-making processes.
