About The Position
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a private Concierge group in Las Vegas, Nevada. This unique opportunity allows physicians to practice in a concierge-style setting, providing a hands-on approach to patient care that includes in-office procedures. The practice is designed to maintain a small daily patient load, ensuring that each patient receives ample time and attention during their visits. The office is equipped with advanced facilities, including hyperbaric chambers, IV/nutrition services, and body contouring options, enhancing the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in concierge medicine and the entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in this environment. They should be enthusiastic about building and maintaining meaningful relationships with patients, which is a cornerstone of the practice's philosophy. The position requires the ability to perform in-office procedures or a willingness to undergo training. Additionally, candidates should be available for on-call duties, which will primarily involve phone consultations with patients. Being bilingual is considered a plus, as it can enhance communication with a diverse patient population. The work schedule is structured with office hours from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM. The call rotation includes evening and weekend phone calls, with a schedule of one week on and one week off, averaging 2-3 calls per week.
