About The Position

BayCare Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Winter Haven, Florida. This practice currently has 2 physicians and 1 APP, providing care to patients 2+. This office is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and is outpatient only with no obstetrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in adult and adolescent clinical care, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and will be comfortable working independently.

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a Primary Care setting.
