Riverside Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Primary Care team at Mercury West in Hampton, Virginia . Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner : Master’s in Nursing Active NP License National NP Certification
• Physician Assistant : Master’s Degree Active PA License
• Required: Current or eligible Virginia medical license
• Valid DEA registration
• Commitment to professional and clinical excellence

Responsibilities

• Provide routine care for acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct annual wellness visits and comprehensive physical exams
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol
• Offer preventive care , including age-appropriate immunizations
• Perform well-woman exams and provide birth control counseling
• Educating patients on lifestyle changes and health maintenance
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure coordinated care
