A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

Requirements

  • Licensed NP or PA in the state of Illinois
  • Board certification in Family Medicine (NP) or appropriate PA certification
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and health education

Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages
  • Manage chronic conditions, perform preventative care, and address acute health concerns
  • Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
