About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. In this role, you will be expected to build meaningful connections with individuals, reassuring and inspiring confidence through your natural ability to engage with others. The position has a high focus on customer service, as you will be working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The site location is in Lake Charles, LA, and the schedule includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, primarily for call-off coverage. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00, with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Possess a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
