About The Position

As our Pricing Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and assignments within the Pricing team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks. You will lead execution of pricing tasks, including evaluating pricing models, competitor analysis, and market trends to establish consistent and competitive pricing. Additionally, you will assist in running complex pricing scenarios and models for contract negotiations and business deals, typically under director guidance. You will ensure accurate implementation of pricing strategies and models in line with company standards, resolving operational-level issues. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to address pricing questions, support negotiations, and maintain consistency. Tracking team and individual performance will be essential, emphasizing short-term goals like quote turnaround, accuracy, and responsiveness. You will implement process enhancements as directed, with a focus on efficient operational execution, and coach and train pricing analysts on procedures, systems, and policies to maintain team proficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience performing pricing functions and complex economic modeling.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably with offshore or remote teams.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and proficiency in pricing systems and tools, including Excel.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
