About The Position

The Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst will perform quantitative research and analytics to support the Corresponding Lending Group's (CLG) business strategies and initiatives. As the Pricing Analyst, you will perform margin management analytics and develop strategies. The Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst will build CLG's NEC reporting and trending system, perform demand elasticity analysis, and build profit optimization models. You will analyze competitive position and automate competitive intelligence reporting, correspondent closing ratios and fall-out sensitivity, correspondent prepayment, EPO, and EPD metrics, and correspondent pipeline behavior including extension/roll/relock activity, time to deliver, number of days from file delivery to purchase, and other operational cost metrics. Additionally, you will implement client tiering and price differentiation, trending and surveillance reporting, and perform other related duties as required and assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience with SQL and Excel.
  • 5-8 years of experience in residential mortgage finance, preferably in Secondary Marketing or Correspondent Lending.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Word.
