Complete quoting process with part description, part cost, tools needed, cost of tools and lead-time. Ensure feasibility, costing, issue resolution, and contingency planning is accomplished prior to quotation. Ensure quote turn-around time is in line with company metrics. Organize and submit pricing proposals to Customer Service, Sales or directly to customers. Follow up on quotations to determine win/loss reasons. Prepare reports to update Management on the status of quotes and new business. Act as a functional liaison between Business Development, Customer Service and Engineering Participate in cross-functional team activities. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: EDUCATION High school diploma or GED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Detail oriented, accurate, good inter-personal and organizational/prioritization skills. Process oriented (follow through / responsiveness/ sense of urgency). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Capable of handling change, displaying flexibility and be willing to try new ideas and concepts. Ability to meet deadlines frequently.
