About The Position

Complete quoting process with part description, part cost, tools needed, cost of tools and lead-time. Ensure feasibility, costing, issue resolution, and contingency planning is accomplished prior to quotation. Ensure quote turn-around time is in line with company metrics. Organize and submit pricing proposals to Customer Service, Sales or directly to customers. Follow up on quotations to determine win/loss reasons. Prepare reports to update Management on the status of quotes and new business. Act as a functional liaison between Business Development, Customer Service and Engineering Participate in cross-functional team activities. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: EDUCATION High school diploma or GED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Detail oriented, accurate, good inter-personal and organizational/prioritization skills. Process oriented (follow through / responsiveness/ sense of urgency). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Capable of handling change, displaying flexibility and be willing to try new ideas and concepts. Ability to meet deadlines frequently. Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Interpersonal Skills—the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others’ ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
