About The Position

As the Pricing Program Manager at Event Network, you will be at the forefront of shaping our next-generation pricing capabilities across a $450M+ retail business operating in 300+ Attractions and Destinations nationwide. In this highly visible and strategically critical role you will harness advanced analytics, automation, and program leadership to design and execute pricing strategies that directly accelerate revenue growth and margin performance. Working cross functionally with merchandising, finance, IT and 3rd party pricing solutions partners you will transform complex data into actionable strategies, champion AI-driven pricing innovation, and help build a scalable pricing ecosystem that keeps Event Network ahead in a dynamic retail landscape. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading complex cross-functional business transformation, pricing or revenue optimization initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering measurable pricing impact in multi-site or high-SKU retail operations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (eg: Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with pricing or optimization tools such as Zilliant, PROS, Toolsgroup or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the proven ability to influence cross functional teams and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias toward innovation and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead enterprise-wide pricing initiatives that integrate technology, analytics and business teams to deliver measurable revenue and margin growth.
  • Partner closely with merchandising, finance, store operations, and IT to design and implement scalable pricing processes and solutions while establishing operating rhythm for weekly price setting, price execution, impact assessment, and system configuration.
  • Help hire, train, develop and retain a pricing team while fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and experimentation across all pricing functions.
  • Design and operationalize automated pricing workflows, principles, and governance frameworks to ensure transparency, speed and control while aligning with merchandising strategies.
  • Build analytics that measure compliance, identify variances, and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Partner with Data Science to develop and manage test-and-learn experiments to optimize price elasticity, conversion and margin performance.
  • Create performance dashboards and storytelling visuals that translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for third-party pricing technology vendors, ensuring alignment to product roadmaps and system enhancement.
  • Champion automation and AI-driven dynamic pricing capabilities to enable smarter, faster pricing decisions.
  • Partner with IT to ensure system reliability, security and integration with analytics platforms.
