Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Fincance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience of working with data and strategic analysis
  • Excellent problem solving and solid analytical skills (attention to details).
  • Strong MS Office proficiency; particularly Excel and Powerpoint. Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Well-developed soft skills (communicative, team oriented, goal oriented.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the formation of selling prices and the compilation of list prices, rebates, and price lists for the entire sales force.
  • Keep list prices, rebates, and price lists up-to-date, consistent and in line with sales strategies and objectives.
  • Prepare the releases of price lists and support the communication and availability of price lists to the entire sales force.
  • Contribute to the collection of market pricing data to allow for benchmarking and competitive pricing decisions.
  • Work closely with KAMs on the pricing process, defining price strategies, and tracking changes to assess their impacts on profitability
  • Collaborate with AAM Sales & Pricing team to identify and monitor potential improvements in business profitability, conducting loss maker analysis
  • Create and drive strategy for Business Division Profitability improvements.
  • Ensure Pricing and Payment Terms Quality in SAP matches customer contracts.
  • Manage and update customer master data in SAP.
  • .Download customer purchase orders and update OES Price Walk accordingly .
  • Maintain and manage OES Dashboard for EOP/Series status.
  • Organize the office, assist to optimize procedures, sort and distribute communications (i.e. inbound/outbound correspondence, visitors, effective information flow).
  • Handle administrative requests and queries, and organize/schedule appointments, plan meetings and take minutes.
