About The Position

The Product Pricing Master is responsible for the ongoing accuracy, organization, and maintenance of the online product catalog, including product data, pricing, and taxonomy. This individual contributor role ensures that all product information is clearly structured for consumers and aligns with veterinary prescribing practices. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting eCommerce growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms. What you'll do: • Maintain and update all product information, pricing, and categorization within the online catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Develop and manage product taxonomy and naming conventions that align with veterinary prescribing standards and consumer search behavior. • Partner with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Marketing, and Operations to ensure new products, pricing updates, and promotions are reflected accurately across digital platforms. • Monitor product data for errors, inconsistencies, and outdated information; proactively identify and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements related to product listings, labeling, and pricing in the animal health sector. • Collaborate with the VP of eCommerce to enhance catalog structure for optimal searchability, navigation, and conversion. • Maintain version control and documentation for all product and pricing changes. • Support data-related projects such as system migrations, catalog audits, and content optimization initiatives. • Stay informed of animal health industry trends, product categories, and veterinary practices to ensure catalog alignment with professional standards. What you've done: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, or a related field required. • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience managing product data, catalog systems, or pricing in an eCommerce or animal health environment. • Direct experience in the animal health industry is required. • Demonstrated success in maintaining complex product databases and ensuring data integrity across platforms • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a data-driven mindset. • Proficiency with product information management (PIM) systems, content management systems (CMS), and Microsoft Excel or similar tools. • Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data. • Familiarity with veterinary terminology, product categories, and prescribing practices. Compensation Range: The base salary range for this position is targeting $80,000-$95,000, commensurate with the individual's experience and qualifications.
