The purpose of the support services campus is to eliminate obstacles and provide support to help our entrepreneurs succeed. Support service employees assist entrepreneurs in achieving their dreams through finance, accounting, IT, and other back-office operations. Winsupply Sourcing Services (WSS) operates ~2 million square feet of wholesaling warehouse space, while offering inventory and vendor management solutions, to be the premier vendor partner for our customer base. Our customer base consists of aspiring entrepreneurs who own and operate their own wholesale distribution businesses, now over 670 businesses nationwide. Therefore, this job provides the opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of entrepreneurial small companies across the United States, and in particular, those that rely on WSS to improve their inventory turnover. WSS transacts with vendors and customers nearly three-quarters of a million times in a given fiscal year. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring that business and system-required financial activity and processing are completed consistently, correctly, and promptly.

B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience is considered.
Proficient with office technology/software.

Nice To Haves

CPA or CMA licensure is a plus; experience in the wholesale industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Investigate and drive resolution on all pricing discrepancy requests submitted by Local Companies. Including responding to inquiries on and proactively offering solutions to prevent future price discrepancy issues.
Support customer excellence specialists in the resolution of pricing exceptions identified during the order entry
Manager requests special pricing agreements (SPA’s) and special multipliers set from vendors for individual Local Companies.
Support Local Companies in adding vendor products stocked at distribution centers with accurate pricing.
Verify that price information presented to Local Companies is current and accurate.
Ensuring price updates in the internal ERP system push to published WSS material; set up Local Company accounts.
Work with the Distribution Center Finance team on ensuring accuracy in vendor claim-backs for pricing adjustments.
Perform regular reviews of quotes and allowances loaded in the system to ensure effective expiration dates
Advocate buy-in, ensure effective operating, and implement Quote System.
Manage quote system adjustments for Local Companies with accuracy and speed.
Guarantee timely and accurate resolutions balanced between WSS Policies and Local Company stratification
Develop WSS / Winsupply operational and system expertise, including knowledge of the internal ERP system
Maintain proper documentation on all matters; communicate identified process improvements.
