We are seeking a Pricing Operations Analytics Manager to lead the process, quality, and continuous improvement framework for our pricing operations. This technical leadership role is responsible for designing, measuring, and optimizing all aspects of the pricing execution workflow to ensure flawless quality and maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate is a Six Sigma quality enthusiast with deep experience in systems process engineering, quality assurance, and data analysis. This is a senior individual contributor role that drives operational excellence through data and process.

  • Design, document, implement, and own all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the pricing execution process.
  • Establish and govern the quality assurance (QA), testing, and data validation protocols that the execution team must follow.
  • Lead all continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma or similar methodologies to optimize the entire pricing implementation lifecycle.
  • Define, create, and maintain all operational analytics and dashboards to report on quality metrics, process adherence, data integrity, and error rates.
  • Conduct all root cause analysis for pricing execution errors and implement preventative controls within the process to eliminate future defects.
  • Develop and deliver training to the pricing operations team on all new and existing processes and quality standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field, or 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a dedicated process improvement, quality assurance, or technical business analysis role.
  • Proven track record of successfully re-engineering operational processes and leading continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience establishing quality assurance frameworks and data governance policies.
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Expert-level knowledge of process improvement and quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean, Statistical Process Control).
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Exceptional ability to perform complex root cause analysis and design effective process controls.
  • Strong skills in technical writing and process mapping (e.g., Visio).
  • Ability to serve as a technical project manager and translate business needs into technical requirements.
