About The Position
Lasko Products, a market leader for nearly 120 years in home comfort products, including portable fans, heaters and air purifiers, is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability, competitiveness, and customer value. This role will work closely with Sales, BU Leads, Product Development, and Finance teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive pricing to optimize pricing models across various product lines. As a part of the larger FP&A function, the focus will be within pricing but offer exposure to assisting team members in full P&L management, board reporting & annual operating goal setting. This position will report to the Sr. Director of FP&A. This position will be hybrid, working from corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA Monday through Wednesday, and remotely Thursday and Friday.
