Requirements

Candidates should possess a blend of analytical and organizational skills essential for success.
Experience in a pricing or retail-related role, particularly within the grocery or food industry, is preferred but not mandatory.
Attention to detail is critical, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all pricing updates.
Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work cross-functionally with purchasing, merchandising, and marketing teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to identify trends and make recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software; experience with pricing software is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with other departments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to walk and stand the duration of scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

Monitor and update product pricing across all grocery categories, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every price change.
Collaborate closely with purchasing, merchandising, and marketing teams to implement promotional pricing effectively.
Ensure that all pricing adjustments are accurately reflected in in-store signage, online platforms, and inventory systems.
Responsible for setting up and tracking markdowns and clearance pricing.
