About The Position

The Pricing Intern will support the Strategic Pricing team by contributing to pricing analytics, process governance, and competitive pricing strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience in pricing methodologies, business analysis, and strategic decision-making. Interns will gain a working knowledge of pricing strategies and tactics, learn portfolio segmentation methodologies, and develop an understanding of customer value and market dynamics. The role is designed to build foundational skills for a potential transition into a full-time Pricing Analyst position within 12-18 months.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the preferred majors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in pricing strategy, market analysis, and business operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the pricing team.
• Assist in governance of pricing policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Audit distributor sales against SPA (Special Pricing Agreement) terms and commitments.
• Support development of competitive pricing alignment strategies.
• Analyze low-margin business and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.
• Utilize Point of Sales and win/loss data to update pricing guidelines and support strategic decisions.
• Participate in implementation of quotation process improvements.
