About The Position

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them. In the Pricing Intern position, you’ll maintain costing and pricing data to ensure competitiveness and profitability across hundreds of thousands of Senior Living products. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations—supporting key initiatives that drive business results. This role plays a critical part in ensuring pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and data integrity.

Experience using generative AI tools to support decision-making and drive process improvement.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, with expected graduation in May 2028 or later.
Ability to work part-time (15–20 hours/week) during the school year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer.
Completed coursework or project experience in a data-rich environment and an interest in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business problems.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to SQL or Python.
Familiarity with Excel Macros or VBA.
Interest in pricing or data operations work in a tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Learn all aspects of strategic and operational pricing and how they impact Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Implement established processes to ensure accurate costing and pricing across Direct Supply systems.
Leverage AI and technology to improve workflows and boost efficiency.
Input, audit, and maintain pricing information in Excel, Access, SQL, and internal systems.
Communicate pricing data needs across multiple departments and coordinate updates as necessary.
Support partners with costing and pricing inquiries across systems.
Maintain and revise internal documentation and training materials.
