About The Position

Aptar is seeking a year-round Pricing Intern to support our Cary, IL and Mukwonago, WI manufacturing facilities. This position will be a hybrid of remote and on-site work, requiring approximately 15-20 hours during the school semester and full-time during the summer months. The intern will manage the email account dedicated to price change requests, ensuring compliance and execution of changes in SAP. Responsibilities also include assisting with monthly and quarterly price change implementations, analyzing customer pricing, maintaining customer price lists, and providing support to Customer Service and Sales representatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing an Accounting or Business degree.
• Sophomore/Junior Status.
• Ability to work 15 - 20 hours per week during Fall/Spring Semester.
• Interested in full-time position during the summer months.

Responsibilities

• Manage email account for price change requests and ensure compliance and execution of changes in SAP.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly company-wide and customer-specific price change implementations based on raw material volatility.
• Complete various projects within pricing, including analyzing customer pricing and maintaining/updating customer price lists.
• Provide support to Customer Service and Sales representatives for pricing-related tasks.
• Assist other areas of the accounting department as needed, including monthly reporting tasks and internal controls testing.
