About The Position

Pricing Implementation Specialist The Pricing Implementation Specialist will work within the Pricing Implementation group in the Finance department. They support the set up and maintenance of Restaurant Technologies’ customer pricing. Upon request, this position trouble shoots contract and pricing issues while ensuring the best-in-class customer service to our internal customers. This position will assist with new customer set ups and changes to existing customers as well as provide assistance with our contracts system. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $21.00-26.00 per hour, plus a 10% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on market conditions and the candidate's experience. Primary Job Accountabilities: Support all aspects of our customer contracts and pricing base New customer setups Existing customer changes and updates Customer renewals Contract review for completeness Provide excellent customer service to our internal customers Support the sales department with questions and concerns on getting contracts in the system Administer audits that proactively prevent setup errors Research pricing questions when they arise and make recommendations to resolve Review executed contracts for completeness as they pertain to customer set up and pricing Administer price increase and programs changes Complete ad hoc reporting Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a billing or invoicing environment
  • High level of Excel expertise a MUST (pivot tables, vlookup, IF statements)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills with the ability to multitask with close attention to detail
  • Organization maturity and professionalism
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts and addendums

Nice To Haves

  • College degree
  • Working knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle Sales Cloud a plus
