The Pricing Director nurtures collaborative relationships across various teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in pricing and proposals.

Own and manage pricing proposals from start to finish, ensuring timely, responsive, and interactive processes.
Lead and manage a pricing team to drive effective strategies and execution.
Create C-level presentations and summaries to communicate recommendations and risks.
Reduce complexity in models and processes to support efficient and streamlined pricing responsiveness.
Develop relationships with the FIG segment and other Fiserv areas to leverage cross-business unit opportunities.
Support corporate initiatives, process, and system improvements.
Develop extensive product knowledge within Fiserv, understanding the products, revenue drivers, customer consumption patterns, target markets, and competitors' strategies.
Evaluate key metrics and performance to provide actionable insights, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profit through data mining, analytics, and automation.

7+ years of experience in pricing or financial modeling.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Experience with Excel-based financial modeling.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

MBA and/or CPA.
Experience in financial services or software industries.
Experience in data mining and analytics to drive revenue and profit growth.
Experience in performing ad hoc financial analyses and presenting insights.
Experience developing relationships and working across various business units for cross-product opportunities.
