Position Summary:
The Pricing Coordinator will assist the Pricing Manager in handling pricing and deal data using Vistex pricing and chargeback software. You’ll work closely with our sales teams and suppliers to ensure pricing accuracy across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry and price management in Vistex
• Maintain and organize supplier price grids and approval emails
• Manage on/off-premise pricing and depletion allowances
• Publish and share price books
• Communicate pricing updates to the sales force
• Respond to pricing and deal inquiries
• Review and ensure accuracy of monthly chargeback accruals
• Investigate chargeback discrepancies
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed
