About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Consultant to support pricing strategy development for education-related products and services across Gulf / GCC markets. Scope of Consultancy & Responsibilities The consultant will support end-to-end pricing strategy development, from diagnostic through implementation, including: Supporting the design and execution of pricing strategies for products and/or services Conducting pricing diagnostics and competitive market benchmarking Developing pricing models aligned with market demand, willingness to pay, and value delivery Building structured rate cards for service offerings Advising on pricing architecture that balances commercial objectives with customer value Providing clear documentation and recommendations for leadership decision-making Sector & Market Focus Candidates should demonstrate: Proven experience pricing products or services within the education ecosystem, such as: Higher education Training providers EdTech platforms Professional learning programs Workforce development initiatives Strong understanding of Gulf / GCC markets (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait) Experience working across public and private sector education stakeholders is strongly preferred

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Pricing Specialist, Pricing Manager, Pricing Consultant, or Commercial Strategy Consultant
  • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience building Pricing models, Financial scenarios, and Rate structures
  • Ability to balance Commercial sustainability, Market realities, and Customer value and adoption
  • Experience working on short-term or project-based consulting engagements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analysis into executive-ready recommendations
  • Proven experience pricing products or services within the education ecosystem, such as: Higher education, Training providers, EdTech platforms, Professional learning programs, Workforce development initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Gulf / GCC markets (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering pricing projects in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Wider GCC region
  • Background in Strategy consulting, Commercial strategy, Revenue management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with pricing tools, analytics platforms, or BI tools is a plus
  • Experience working across public and private sector education stakeholders is strongly preferred
