About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Pricing Analytics Summer Intern and gain invaluable experience in one of the most critical areas of the industry. As a Pricing & Analytics Summer Intern, you will work closely with our pricing team to support various pricing reporting and analytics activities. You will have the opportunity to analyze pricing data, assist in generating reports, and contribute to strategic pricing decisions. This role provides hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry and exposure to pricing strategies that drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience or coursework in pricing, analytics, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Analyze pricing data using statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Reporting: Assist in the generation of regular pricing reports for internal stakeholders, including Market Access department and senior management.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive pricing analysis to benchmark our products against competitors and provide insights for pricing strategies.
  • Pricing Strategy Support: Collaborate with the pricing team to develop and implement pricing strategies based on market dynamics, customer segmentation, and product positioning.
  • Forecasting: Support pricing forecasting activities by analyzing historical data and market trends to predict future pricing scenarios.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as finance and marketing to gather data inputs and align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline pricing reporting and analytics processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the pricing team.
