About The Position
Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Analyst to join our Deal Desk team in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position reports to the Pricing Manager within the Revenue Operations department. The Pricing Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that all deadlines are met with accurate and competitive pricing strategies. The successful candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Excel and will be adept at program managing and facilitating strategy across various teams, including field teams, sales teams, sales leadership, and implementation teams. In this role, the Pricing Analyst will be responsible for cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing data from various sources. They will develop insightful narratives and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple RFPs and ad hoc analyses simultaneously. The position demands a high level of expertise in data analysis and the ability to craft compelling narratives from this data to inform decision-making processes. The Pricing Analyst will also assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies and models that align with company goals and market trends. They will utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. Additionally, the analyst will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines while providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes at various organizational levels. Monitoring and analyzing market trends to inform pricing strategies and competitive positioning will also be a key responsibility.
