About The Position

Essity is looking for an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As the Pricing Analyst you will provide analysis of the local overall pricing process. This position acts as the expert regarding pricing knowledge, customers, insights and nuances of the region/country and serves as a trusted business partner to the sales force and other internal stakeholders. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Associates Degree or minimum 2 years of experience in business, administration, healthcare, pricing, contracts or related field/industry
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
Takes initiative to proactively seek solutions
Dedicated team player
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Highly productive and comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in SAP; PowerBI; CRM

Responsibilities

Analyze pricing activities including discounts, allowances, programs, contract price levels and develop recommendations to improve profitability and mix
Provide support and advice to the local sales team to facilitate day-to-day pricing decisions
Facilitate the contract process to ensure contract finalization and manage the process for contract renewals
Proactively monitor both internal and competitive pricing levels and trends
Proactively review opportunities for profitability, based on current governances
