We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to support assigned Sales and Category Management Divisions in making profitable growth decisions. The Pricing Analyst will develop and implement structured pricing management processes and partner with Divisions to align pricing strategies with business goals and identify/execute pricing improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Able to establish credibility with Sales and Category Management Leaders and Team Members to earn their trust and act as a change agent within their organization.
  • Able to resolve complex issues and explain solutions simply and clearly through all levels of the organization.
  • Able to integrate data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Three to five years of related experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a major in Business being a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • ISN Sales or Category Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Sales and Category Management Leadership to develop pricing strategies that align with commercial strategies, support division objectives and ensure company goals are met
  • Designs, implements and reinforces structured pricing management processes and tools.
  • Analyzes and forecasts the impact of proposed pricing actions through reporting and profit models.
  • Recommends alternative approach if necessary.
  • Tracks results post-implementation, and adjusts actions as needed.
  • Researches and analyzes pricing, sales performance and profitability metrics to proactively identify opportunities.
  • Presents specific recommendations to Sales and Category Management Leadership.
  • Collaborates with Sales and Category Management Team to execute pricing improvement initiatives.
  • Drives accountability by monitoring the execution of pricing strategies and initiatives.
  • Develops and delivers pricing competency training for the organization.
  • Maintains corporate standards for pricing.
