About The Position
The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a key role in reviewing proposal team inputs to ensure compliance with government regulations, including TINA, and certified cost or pricing data, as well as compliance with internal company policies, Cost Estimating System Manual (CESM), FAR, CAS, and solicitation requirements. The analyst will assess inputs and documents from proposal team members and provide advice on their sufficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Office, Program Business Support, Compliance, or HR, will be essential for specific proposals and portfolio processes. The role also involves interfacing with clients and internal auditors to provide audit support, ensuring a clear understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate government regulations. Additionally, the analyst will advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards as appropriate, and perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
